ok.. but still I am not getting there.. I connect the radio, turn it up to programming mode, then I fill-in P0-P9 channels.. What do I choose from Band Select in programming software? I have Base Band selected.. Then I click Power Select and change to 12W and I click UPLOAD.
It uploads the config and when I turn the radio on, nothing changes. No special channels..

After you connect radio to programming mode, click "Program -> read from radio". Then fill-in P0-P9 channels, Power Select change to 12W, Band Select - to OPTYM BAND, P Key - -5 kHz (last position). Then, click "Program -> Write to radio".
I have always done so, and other options have not tried.

I did it and still nothing.. :( Do I have to select specific Band in the radio before I program it? I have EU, EC, E, F, PL, UK, UE, I, I2, D, D2..
